Plant Sentry is designed to protect both consumers and the nursery trade from invasive plant pests and diseases. Sites that display the Plant Sentry protection badge are protected from consumers buying and nurseries shipping material carrying invasive pests and diseases.

This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping

To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.

Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

*If you have found your zone already, it will be highlighted in the table below.

Get garden sparkles, ruffles, and vibrance all in one with the reblooming Apricot Sparkles Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Apricot Sparkles') - a delightful new Designer Daylily™ that sparkles like a jewel in the garden! Each exquisitely ruffled, apricot-colored blossom has diamond-dusted petals that glisten in the sun!

Apricot Sparkle is one of the best Reblooming Daylilies on the market! The four-inch blooms are displayed profusely in early summer and then rebloom all summer long! It has a wonderful compact habit which makes this an excellent edging plant. The strong flowering stems erupt from the fountains of slender, graceful foliage mounds to feed visiting pollinators and curious hummingbirds alike!

Apricot Sparkles is considered 'Designer' because it was selected as a highly performing plant with exceptional bloom performance, and substantive, vibrantly colored flowers. Cold and heat-tolerant throughout USDA growing zones 3 to 9, there is little that fazes this diploid perennial plant! Forming low-maintenance mounds about 15 inches in height when in bloom and 18-24 inches wide at maturity.

Planting and Application:

Use for stand-alone plantings, edging, in borders as facer plants, and cleanly dividing the garden bed from the lawn. The fine foliage looks great on its own in Rock Gardens as fringe along pathways and the driveway, without worry that salt spray or some mild foot traffic will hurt them.

The right size for use as fillers, spillers and thrillers in mixed containers and tubs around the porch, deck or patio in the sun! The tropical fruity color adds warmth and radiance to high-profile locations and sets the mood around seating areas and poolside plantings alike. You'll love adding luscious color to the landscape and indoors in your bouquets!

Planted together in large numbers, Apricot Sparkles quickly crowd out weeds and make a carefree and colorful groundcover. Uses these drought-tolerant hardy plants as erosion control on slopes and as carefree mass plantings on hard-to-mow hillsides.

Daylilies can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near sidewalks and pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone). Create defensive zones in fire-prone areas! Daylily brightens& xeric landscapes up and the fleshy roots store loads of water.

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Apricot Sparkles has winter hardiness in northern zones and a vigorous growth habit. Daylilies are some of the easiest plants to grow and are a good choice for any gardener! They will grow in full sun and in almost any soil. Once established, Daylilies can handle periodic drought to wet soil conditions. Provide moderate moisture while establishing, and after give your plants supplemental moisture during the worst of drought. Add a 3-4 inch thick layer of mulch over the soil surface for best results!

Deadhead to encourage a rebloom that lasts for weeks during the summer until the fall. Once the foliage dies back to the ground in the autumn, trim back the leaves and top with compost or refresh the mulch for the winter. Divide plants every few years to keep the clump size healthy and stress-free.

  • Tolerant Of Everything! - Most Blooms in Full Sun
  • Widely Adaptable - Any Well-Drained Soil
  • Moderate Moisture - Low Once Established
