To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.
Ever wonder what a larger plant will mean for your landscape? Container Sizes are really all about the age of the plant!
Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Concord Blue Grape Vine (Vitis labrusca 'Concord Blue') is a fantastic fruiting Vine that produces loads of purple fruit that are sweet and tangy, makes wonderful juice, jams and jellies, baked into desserts and pies, and of course for nutritious snacking!
These Grape vines will last for generations and provide healthy, fresh, juicy, sweet, mouth-watering fruit! The lush green leaves and woody perennial Vines will produce for years! These double-duty plants are fast-growing, shade-producing Vines attract birds and bees to your yard or garden! Save some of your harvest for yourself by using bird netting to keep them away from some of your Vine.
Stake up or secure your Vines to a trellis or on strong support for these Grapes because Concord Blue grows vigorously to 15-20 feet in height and width unless pruned smaller to accommodate the size your garden has available. #ProPlantTips for Care:
Grape Vines are easy to grow with a little care and planning, and full sun. Provide plenty of regular moisture to get your Vine established. Preferring to grow in deep, acidic and well-drained soil but can tolerate a wide range of soil types. Provide regular moisture and a 3-4 inch thick mulch layer to support the roots, plus regular fertility. Prune Grapevines should be performed in late winter or early spring to maintain the shape, size, and vigor of next year's fruiting wood.
