Plant Sentry™

Plant Sentry is designed to protect both consumers and the nursery trade from invasive plant pests and diseases. Sites that display the Plant Sentry protection badge are protected from consumers buying and nurseries shipping material carrying invasive pests and diseases.

This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Add a delectable touch of effortless Shabby Chic with this elegant large-flowered Clematis vine to your balcony or patio this season. Hyde Hall™ Clematis (Clematis 'Evipo 009') is a compact flowering Clematis that is easy to live with for many years.

The abundant show of early, creamy-white flowers in late spring to early summer. Young sepals may have a faint pink center bar, but they'll soon age to alabaster.

Blooming on the previous season's stems from May to June, this variety makes a truly stunning visual presentation. Each pristine bloom can reach seven inches across!

The symmetrical flowers can range from poised single to lavishly semi-double on the same vine. A beautiful boss of stamens punctuates each center; and every anther is dipped in a wonderful chocolate-brown color.

Heritage Hyde Hall Clematis is a multi-stemmed vine that has a twining and trailing habit of growth. Hummingbirds, butterflies and beneficial pollinators adore these long-lasting blooms for their nectar.

Hyde Hall Clematis delights with its beautiful colors, extravagant flower power and graceful habit.

How to Use Hyde Hall™ Clematis in the Landscape

Every yard has "that one spot" where you avert your eyes as you walk past it. Why not install a sturdy trellis and simply hide it with Hyde Hall Clematis growing up along its base?

Partner this impeccable choice with your other favorite Pruning Type 2 Clematis. The creamy-white, star-shaped flowers pair beautifully with any other color.

Compact Hyde Hall Clematis makes a stunning hanging basket plant with their enormous blooms! Let them hang down to provide a welcome screen...just where you could use more privacy.

Brighten up a staid, "ho-hum" mature planting the easy way! Simply plant several Hyde Hall Clematis to scramble over hill and dale as a hard-working—yet very romantic—groundcover.

Pale blossoms like this gleam in the moonlight. Incorporate them into a Moon Garden for a restful retreat after a long day spent solving the world's problems in the office.

Grab some wine or iced tea and kick your feet up. Much like studying the heart of a Rose, the geometric arrangement of these soft sepals offers you a captivating subject to contemplate.

Keep them in an outdoor container as a focal point in a Meditation Garden. Install a garden sculpture with wide-mesh netting, then allow their winding leaf stalks to clamber up and around for an impactful visual effect.

Clematis roots prefer not to be disturbed, so please install your support structure first. Add Nature Hills Root Booster to the planting hole for life-long support, and be patient as your new Hyde Hall settles in.

It won't be long before you are accepting compliments on your good taste. Share this influence by gifting Hyde Hall Clematis as a special gift plant...along with a bag of our Root Booster!

#ProPlantTips for Care

Plant Clematis vines where the leaves receive plenty of sun, but the roots are kept shaded. You can also mulch the roots well to keep them cool.

Ensure the planting site has well-drained soil, as their root system will not tolerate standing water for long. If you are keeping your plant in a container, add extra drainage holes as needed and raise the pot up on bricks.

Provide a consistent amount of water to get tip-top performance from this beautiful plant. Container-grown Hyde Hall Clematis need careful attention to moisture; keeping them moist, but never soggy.

This variety needs to be pruned back to a pair of live buds in late winter. It blooms best on last year's stems, so only trim off dead growth to roughly 18 inches from the ground.

Fertilize with slow-release formula for flowering plants in early spring. Apply to the base of the plant, following application rates on the label.

You'll cherish the high-end look of this low maintenance vine in your space. Order Hyde Hall Clematis from our flowering vine experts today, and fall in love!
