This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Delivery and Shipping
Shipping
To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Growing Zones 3-7
Ripening midseason, the low-growing, Lowbush Burgundy Blueberry (Vaccinium angustifolium 'Burgundy') is an outstanding cultivar of the beloved Wild Blueberry! In early spring, incredibly glossy new leaves emerge a bold burgundy-red. They'll cover the well-branched plant, and mature into a very sophisticated gray-green for the summer season.
Watch for the pale gleam of small, bell-shaped flowers later in spring for the benefit of pollinators. These develop into your berries, so their appearance is a great reason to celebrate! The berries are set to the outside of the bush. This makes harvesting your annual crop of light blue berries a snap!
Burgundy is an excellent choice for that flavorful, sweet Wild Blueberry taste. Pop the small, firm berries in your mouth fresh from the bush. They'll even keep well in the fridge if you have self-restraint. There is nothing better than a Lowbush Wild Blueberry for use in pancakes and muffins. The incredible flavor shouldn't be missed.
Planting and Application:
Include these excellent plants in your landscape design. You'll want plenty of their great-tasting berries on hand. You'll appreciate these delightful small fruiting and flowering shrubs throughout your landscape or on your balcony. Pot up in planters and containers, or create a modern street planting! These diminutive plants are great edging and groundcover, growing only 12-15 inches tall!
You gain access to delicious, homegrown blueberries and enjoy a wonderful color-changing display throughout the growing season, the fall display is world-class! Imagine a fiery, red-orange edge along the length of your planting beds. Self-pollinating Blueberries produce larger harvests with partner plants. Mix multiple plants into plantings and groupings for accents, wildlife habitat and bountiful food sustainability.

#ProPlantTips for Care:
It's easy to grow compact, dense Blueberry bushes in acidic soils with a pH between 4.5 to 5.5. Use them in patio containers if you have alkaline soil. The rugged Burgundy takes the cold and tolerates coastal conditions and road salt. Provide lots of moisture and fertility, plus a healthy layer of mulch for best results.
