The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Brighten up a spot in partial shade with the angelic, rounded white blooms of Boulevard® Kitty™ Clematis (Clematis 'Evipo097'). This compact vine has a story to tell!
With a useful bushy shape that fits perfectly in outdoor containers, Kitty blooms twice a season. Cherish the showy blooms from early to mid summer, and again from late summer to early autumn.
Simply clean up the spent blooms in between times for a larger second flush of flowers. Make this time a mindful moment to appreciate life.
Kitty was named after a young woman who survived a rare form of leukemia. Let this beautiful bushy vine commemorate your own path, and gently remind you of a dear loved one.
This free-flowering, compact plant bedecks small space gardens with an astonishing amount of blooms. Kitty may be the perfect housewarming present to decorate a patio, balcony or courtyard.
Launched at the 2017 Chelsea Flower show, petite Kitty made a huge splash. Large, crisp white sepals are touched with a light green blush and surround lovely dark purple-tipped anthers.
Both elegant and stylish, perennial Kitty finds a home wherever she's placed. Create a real scene by partnering her container with tender patio tropicals, or use near indoor-outdoor citrus trees.
She'll come back for you year after year. Her blooms may look delicate, but she can handle frigid winter temps.
Kitty does prefer a partially shaded position, so ensure she is tucked underneath a taller plant or placed under the eaves. Keep the sunlight to no more than four hours a day, please.
Boulevard Kitty Clematis represents the best of modern breeding; and we are absolutely thrilled to offer this special plant. Your local pollinators will appreciate it, too.

How to Use Boulevard® Kitty™ Clematis in the Landscape
Plant Kitty in the ground to soften the edge of your Butterfly Garden. You'll be amazed by how popular the incredible full-sized flowers will become with beneficial pollinators.
Reap the rewards of these showy flowers by keeping one or more in large pots near your Victory Garden. Nectar -rich Kitty blooms entice pollination, so you'll have bumper crops and larger yields in addition to snowy-white beauty.
The unique coloration of these small vertical accent vines makes a perfect partner for other varieties in the Boulevard Series. Mix and match for super showy outdoor container gardens.
Train them up on short trellises, but please know you may need to cover your structure with wide-mesh netting first. Clematis leaf stems required a narrow-gauge material to wind around.
Place your structure securely first...whether it's a small obelisk, tower or funky antique lightning rod. These vines are long-lived, and prefer not to be disturbed once they are planted.
If you have a memorial statue or bench, plant Kitty to play around the base. Yes, you can use this heart catching small vine as a groundcover!
Use them as groundcovers to make the most out of mature evergreens. Enliven their looks by creating a narrow raised bed in front, then plant it with several Kitty Clematis. Space them two feet apart on center, measuring from the center of one to the center of the next.
Repeat mirrored garden orbs through the flowering display with a marvelous streamlined effect. Enjoy your restful modern landscape!
#ProPlantTips for Care
This little selection prefers part shade. However, they will tolerate more sunlight as long as the root zone is well mulched and they receive consistent water.
Clematis roots need well-drained soil. Please drill additional drainage holes if needed, or elevate the planting to improve your drainage.
Give your new plant a life-long support with Nature Hills Root Booster during planting. The symbiotic ingredients work life-long to help the tiny feeder roots gain micronutrients from the soil.
Water consistently to keep the soil evenly moist. Container-grown plants need careful watering, please.
In early spring, prune them down to six inches above the ground. Look for a pair of live buds and snip just above. Clean up spent blooms after the first flush for a gorgeous second flush.
