To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

The National Audubon Society presents a new line of native plants and trees that helps birds and wildlife thrive in your area! The cheerful Audubon® Native Shrubby St. John's Wort (Hypericum prolificum), is also known as Klamath Weed, is one of the sunniest blooming shrubs you can find!
A well-known medicinal and herbal plant, St. John’s Wort is no doubt a flower that will lift your spirits! Bright, sunny yellow blooms, like fluffy pompoms, make summer borders shine! The arrival of the blooms makes for happy bees and other beneficial pollinators looking for pollen. They do not have much nectar but your blossoms will be humming with bumblebees.
As they age, St. John’s Wort develops shedding brown and orange bark for winter interest, and for florists, the well-known showy seed capsules turn from green to lustrous brown. Not only are these beautiful in floral arrangements, add winter texture and interest, but these Wildlife shrubs welcome songbirds to eat the fall seeds.
Planting and Application:
Shrubby St. John's Wort is an informal and chipper little plant for mixed borders, cottage gardens, and native plantings! Their tolerance for a wide range of conditions, allows them to thrive in prairies, meadows, ponds and stream banks as they are in fields, ditches and along the roadside.
