To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Very few plants have a more romantic aura than wisteria. This vine covers itself in long panicles of violet purple every year that make you think of Southern Belles strolling in misty, moss-draped gardens or smiling school-children peeking around wisteria-festooned pergolas.
Amethyst Falls is a native to North America and has the classic look that you love in stunning Chinese wisteria, but is non-invasive so it won't take over your house or trees and won't uncontrollably spread to the neighbor's yard.
Nature Hills is happy to sell a gorgeous tree form of this vine! It makes a striking weeping centerpiece in your garden bed or border. It appears to pour out of the central trunk like a shimmering fountain every year. This vine is an easy treat to grow.

Amethyst Falls Wisteria Tree Pruning & Care
Trimming your Amethyst Falls Wisteria tree is simple. Later in the summer in July or August, you should trim back the wild growing branches to bring it back into shape. Trim those branches leaving the stems with five leaves on the branch.
Then in late winter or early spring, trim those same branches reducing the branches leaving only two buds where the leaves were attached now. Those two buds on each branch will produce the best flower displays.
