If you used a reward coupon on the returned order, those points are generally not reinstated. Any points earned from the purchase will also be reversed. You will receive a refund for the out-of-pocket amount paid.

Yes, when using your rewards you must meet a minimum order threshold for them to be valid. To redeem $5 you must have a cart value of $10. Other levels include: $10 coupon $20 spend, $20 coupon, $40 spend $50 coupon, $100 spend, $100 coupon, $200 spend, and $200 coupon, $400 spend.
