We guarantee that every plant we ship is of the highest quality, carefully handled to ensure you receive a healthy product. If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact our customer service team immediately through the chat feature on our website
- Alternatively, you can reach us at support@naturehills.com or call 402-934-8116
- Your claim must be made within 3 days of receiving the damaged product
- Keep all packaging for at least 7 days as the carrier may need to inspect it
- Once approved, we'll ship a replacement product
- If the item is out of stock, we can offer a substitute or you may wait until the next shipping season
- Standard shipping rates apply to all replacements
Plant Health Guarantee
At Nature Hills Nursery, we're committed to delivering healthy, viable plants directly to your doorstep. We understand that as with all living things, some plant loss may occur despite proper care. If you've followed our care instructions and experience a loss during the first year:

- Alternatively, you can email us at support@naturehills.com or call 402-934-8116 to file your claim
- Upon approval and receipt of the appropriate warranty payment, we'll replace any plant that dies within the first year
- Standard shipping and handling fees apply
Warranty Options
- Growing & Glowing Guarantee: Our standard warranty included with all eligible plant purchases

Warranty Limitations
- Plants will only be replaced once
- We reserve the right to request a soil sample for evaluation
- Warranty is void if plants were planted in poor soil conditions or environments not suitable for that species
- We replace plants only; monetary refunds are not provided
- Replacement plants will only be shipped to the original delivery address
- All warranty claims must be received within one year of delivery
- If you have questions about eligibility, please use the chat feature on our website
- If the specific plant is unavailable, we'll offer a substitute or you may wait for the next shipping season
Our guarantee does not cover plants:
- Planted in unsuitable ground as outlined in our website's plant information
- Damaged by weather, livestock, drought, chemicals, fire, floods, or other external events
- Planted outside their recommended hardiness zones (as listed on each product page)

SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE CONSTITUTE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU. NATURE HILLS NURSERY, INC. SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY PLANT.
