Plant Sentry™

Plant Sentry is designed to protect both consumers and the nursery trade from invasive plant pests and diseases. Sites that display the Plant Sentry protection badge are protected from consumers buying and nurseries shipping material carrying invasive pests and diseases.

This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping

To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.

Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

*If you have found your zone already, it will be highlighted in the table below.

At Nature Hills we handle, package and ship the products you order with the utmost care to ensure healthy delivery. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the tables below. Bright sunny yellow blooms and lush green leaves, the Honeybelle Honeysuckle Vine (Lonicera x Brownii ‘Bailelle’ PP20,939) is a sweet-smelling vine with vigorous growth that you and your pollinators will adore! These juicy sunny blooms add a touch of gold to any garden bed or border and delightful fragrance too!

Tenacious vines have the most delightful tendrils that wind and climb their way up about anything! The clusters of tubular blossoms are perfect for the long tongues of hummingbirds and butterflies! Accented with almost yellowish woody stems, the bright green foliage and golden yellow blossoms create quite the site as they ramble over arches and up trellis!

Honeybelle is so easy-care and low-maintenance, not to mention extremely cold-hardy! You’ll adore the free-flowering beauty and vigorous growth. Plus red berries in the fall for birds! Sometimes these vines can do a bit too well so enter your zip code in our Growing Zone Finder or check with your local County Extension Office before ordering.

Planting and Application:

Honeysuckle Vines are incredible for covering fences, trellis and arbors in a hurry! Fast greenery and eye-sore covering vines will ramble gracefully over sheds, lattice, fences and up the sides of your railings to add a romantic touch. They also trail down when used as cover for retaining walls, slopes and hillsides or in hanging containers - where the vines dangle as pretty hanging accents!

Honeybelle provides great privacy and screening when let climb, but if there’s nothing to climb on, it’s also vibrant groundcover and erosion control! Great in containers and planters when you don’t have lots of room but still want those glowing yellow blooms and that fragrance close by! Pot up in planters as spiller or let climb an obelisk for vertical height!

  • Golden-Yellow Tubular Bloom Clusters
  • Fragrant & Cold-Hardy
  • Vigorous Growth & Green Foliage
  • Climbing, Sprawling & Trailing
  • Fast Growing Cover, Privacy & Vertical Interest

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Honeysuckle does great in full sun, but tolerates partial shade at the cost of a few blooms. Prune when dormant, or after flowering is complete if you don’t want berries. Plant in a mulched, well-drained moist location.

  • Full Sun & Partial Shade
  • Moist Well-Drained Soil
  • Mulched Beds
  • Prune When Dormant

Honeybelle Honeysuckle are vibrant and vigorous golden blooming vines featuring a world of possibilities for you and your landscape! Order deciduous vines at NatureHills.com today before this fragrant new variety sells out!
