These sweet blooms are shaped like pointed foxtails. They remain showy from summer into winter, and can be trimmed for chic dried flower arrangements each year!
Over the season, the foliage develops a lovely golden hue. Even the small seed heads deepen to showcase hints of red and burgundy as the autumn season wears on.
Grasses add a fun energetic dimension to your outdoor entertainment area. Layer Little Bunny Fountain grass with its larger cousins for a dynamic—yet blissfully easy care—planting.

How to Use Little Bunny Fountain Grass in the Landscape
This petite grass works well in containers on your patio, balcony or beside your front door. Try a series of single-species planters...or use as a "Thriller" in the center.
Run a handsome row at the edge of your front walk or expand the foundation plantings. Space them every two to three feet apart...depending on your preferred style.
Modern spaces look clean and streamlined with wide plantings where each clump is seen as an individual plant. Install a long mulched bed of Little Bunny Fountain Grass alongside your patio for a soft, high-end effect.
A mass planting of decorative Little Bunnies makes sloping ground look simply charming. Let the setting sun highlight the seed heads in tiny pinpoints of light for an incredible display.
They do well as specimens in rock gardens, too. Offset their low-growing form against a special boulder to bridge the gap between land and rock.
Try mixing them in your borders, too. Little Bunny partners well with taller, dark-foliage shrubs...choose your favorite from our extensive online catalog.
#ProPlantTips for Care
Give Little Bunny Fountain Grass a spot in full sun to produce the best bloom. Six hours or more a day is ideal, but these little champs will tolerate partial shade, as well.
They do require a well-drained soil that doesn't stay wet for long. Bring in additional soil to create a raised planting mound, if needed.
Your Little Bunny will need a moderate amount of moisture. Protect your investment with a consistent schedule of supplemental water, especially for plants that are kept in containers.
In winter, why not leave the foliage standing to dry and provide welcome winter interest? Cut all the stems down to an inch before it before the new growth appears. Warm-season grasses may green up later in the spring, but really shine once the hot, dry summer weather kicks in!
Last year's foliage can be "chopped and dropped" as mulch on your annual Victory Garden. Or, put it in your compost tumbler as critical dry material.
Turn a blank slate into a personalized paradise. Or add flair with the perky Little Bunny Fountain Grass.
