This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Soft and fine-textured, the astounding greenery of Elegant Feather Eupatorium (Eupatorium capillifolium) will add such ethereal green texture to your garden beds and borders that you’ll be looking for new places in your landscape to use it! Touchably soft green foliage, also known as Dog Fennel, grows in a waving upright clump and a hardy native to the hottest parts of the US.
Late summer and into autumn bring showy greenish-white blooms to the tops of the reddish-tinted vertical stems, but these unusual shrubby perennials are mainly used for their ultra fine-textured foliage! Tall and slender, the motion and airy feel they’ll add to the back of garden borders or as wispy privacy, is downright dreamy!
Elegant Feather is light soft green until autumn and you’ll not have to worry about the seeds of this variety spreading or becoming invasive. An unexpected and ornamental green element and fine-textured addition to tuck among flowers and shrubs to create varied textures and motion throughout the landscape.
Planting and Application:
Add motion and texture as the soft ferny fronds wave in the slightest breeze and give your private garden spaces a calming Zen.
