Canada Red Rhubarb

Stop harvesting in late summer also allows the plant to get stronger for next year.

Rhubarb plants are tough, cold-hardy plants that shrug off the northern cold. Plant in a full sun location that has good drainage, because the one thing that will do these plants in is soggy soil.
