To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

The perfectly mini version of a perfectly wonderful plant, the Dwarf Lily of the Nile (Agapanthus africanus 'Peter Pan') is exactly like the big Lily-of-the-Nile that you love warm weather landscapes, except it only grows a foot tall! Think of the high-end-looking floral arrangements you will make and watch your plants call every bee, butterfly, and Hummingbird around!
This sweet little plant has strappy, fountain-like leaves that stay green year-round. Several thin flower stalks grow up to 18 inches high from the middle of the leaf clumps and each one holds a cluster sphere of deep, pure blue flowers. Reliably blooming and growing every year - adding to their leafy clumps and flowering stalks year after year!
Peter Pan Agapanthus is truly a 'plant-it-and-forget-it' flowering perennial bulb! It will reward you with an overabundance of flowers all year round, but especially in the spring and summer. Not to worry, though, if you live anywhere north of USDA growing zone 8. Agapanthus make great potted plants for summer accents and décor. You just need to bring them indoors in the coldest months. Either way, these require very little in the way of maintenance!

Dwarf Agapanthus is a summer-flowering bulb that flowers best full sun and appreciates afternoon shade in the warmer growing zones. Provide consistent moisture in a deep, enriched and well-drained environment for best results. These bulbs will rot in excessive water so ensure containers and planters have good drainage. Prune back foliage once it yellows and dig bulbs up in colder growing zones and bring them indoors for the winter as you would Elephant Ear or Calla Lily.
