To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Lacy, gorgeous and fragrant Persian Lilac (Syringa x chinensis 'Saugeana') is a wide-spreading deciduous, ornamental shrub with prolific, fragrant flowers! These spreading, graceful shrubs with arching branches. Its dark green foliage provides an elegant backdrop for its 2 to 3-inch long, pale pinkish lavender panicles of flowers that appear in spring.
The blooms are so fragrant that your nose will likely pick up the scent of the fragrant flowers from around the corner of your home! Then you'll see all the butterflies and hummingbirds that are swarming these bushes! The dense branching is perfect for birds to nest in, sheltered by the foliage that looks gorgeous all growing season until frost.
Introduced in 1614, the Persian Lilac still enjoys an honored place of distinction in many landscapes. It will reach 4 to 8 feet in height with a 5 to 10 feet spread. Persian Lilac is highly attractive to butterflies and other pollinators, but not attractive to deer, who seem to avoid it unless especially desperate. Incredibly hardy and cold-hardy throughout USDA growing zones 3-7, there is little that bothers these wonderful flowering shrubs!
