Whenever winter takes too long to move out, spring has some karma ready to take action! Help spring along with the Karma Cottage Garden Bulb Blend (Tulipa 'Showwinner', Crocus 'Flower Record', Crocus 'Pickwick', Crocus, Jeanne D'Arc', Scilla siberica) and chase away that stubborn chilly season! Bringing together an uplifting blend of Tulips and Crocus, the Karma Cottage Garden mixture of bulbs will lift your spirits with scent and color!
Featuring a blend of deep purple Flower Record Crocus, snow white Jeanne D'Arc Crocus, and the purple and white streaked Pickwick Crocus as a pretty mixture of low-growing perennial bulbs! Highlighted with the cheerful Siberian Squills and their starry blue blooms, then Karma Cottage pops in some fiery orange-red Showwinner Tulips to turn heads!
Flowering early, the Crocus and Squill ease you into the spring season and then gets you ready for when the Showwinner bursts onto the scene! Growing throughout USDA planting zones 3 to 8, the low-growing Crocus and Squill are the perfect complement to the tall Tulips! Want to enjoy the cheerful color sooner? Try forcing bulbs indoors this winter!
Planting and Application:
Try planting your Karma Cottage Garden blend in your mixed perennial gardens, along the fronts of landscaping beds and pathway borders, and of course, in the Cottage Garden! Even spring Rock gardens and around the mailbox are great places for these showy but hardy spring ephemerals!
Plant en mass or in groupings throughout your sunny garden beds and borders, without worrying they will steal more than the spotlight! Happily sharing the garden with larger and later-emerging perennials and shrubs, Spring Bulbs have their time to shine but then gratefully bask in the shade of the leaves of their larger neighbors once the summer heat and sun kicks in.
Even container gardeners can enjoy this eye-catching mixture! Plant Karma Cottage Garden bulbs in window boxes, mixed planters, and balcony gardens! Tuck them among your porch and patio perennial planters or as a burst of color among other seasonal and annual container gardens too!

#ProPlantTips for Care:
These hardy perennial flowering bulbs must be planted in the fall, and all have the same growing condition needs and generally the same planting needs too! Plant perennial bulbs about 3x their length deep. They actually do well having the top portion of their rhizome exposed, but you can cover these in a light layer of arborist mulch for heat and chill protection.
Plant this bulb variety mixture in a location with full sun access in well-drained soil so the bulbs do not rot. Provide moderate, yet regular water throughout the establishment period and during hot summers as long as the bulbs foliage is green.
Deadhead after the flowers fade, sometimes encouraging a rebloom, but leave the foliage to make food for the bulbs. Then once the leaves turn yellow, trim them back to the ground.
