To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Tall crystalline blooms, the First Lady Veronica (Veronica longifolia 'Alllady') is a gorgeous bridal white fuzzy spire of tiny flowers that create tapering bottlebrushes all summer long! Providing brilliant vertical texture and creamy hues to your landscape! Light up the garden and add motion and texture to containers and garden beds and borders in the sun. The nectar-rich blooms call pollinators and hummingbirds in droves!
Flowering from the bottom up First Lady Veronica are regal-looking blooms! You'll truly appreciate the dark green foliage clumps before and after these blooms arrive on the scene. Then when the dreamy white ""candles"" arrive, they wave in fluffy spires above glossy green leaves with lovely toothy edges. The flower spikes appear all summer and provide you with lovely cut flowers for your bouquets.
Also known as Speedwell, this long-lasting perennial is super easy to grow and will come back year after year! Cold-hardy and heat-tolerant in USDA growing zones 4-9, and growing to a 2-foot-tall upright herbaceous perennial that spreads to a tidy mound also 24 inches wide. Usually passed over by rabbits or deer, they do attract butterflies and Hummingbirds in droves for them to sip the ample nectar.
Planting and Application:
There are many uses for this Veronica in the border garden, sunny garden bed, in containers, or as edging. Perennial Veronica are easy-to-grow and flower best in full sun in well-drained soil locations. Veronica has the most vigor when it gets plenty of water during the growing season to stay perfectly happy in the heat. Top off with 3-4 inches of arborist mulch for moisture retention and insulation. Deadhead the blooms as soon as they fade to encourage new blooms to form. In late autumn, once the foliage dies back after frost, you can prune the mound to remove excess debris.
