Delivery Timeline

Most orders ship within 7-10 business days with tracking provided. Live plants are professionally packaged and weather-protected during transit.

$50-$99.99: $14.99
$100-$149.99: $16.99
$150+: $24.99

Weather Protection

We may delay shipments when temperatures are forecasted below 32°F or above 95°F to protect your plants. You'll be notified of any delays.

Delivery Requirements

Provide accurate shipping address (changes after processing incur fees)
Live plants cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
Someone must be available to accept delivery
Inspect packages promptly and report any issues within 45 days of delivery

Geographic Restrictions

Some plants cannot ship to certain states due to agricultural regulations. Restricted items are noted during checkout.

Plant Protection

Every live plant order is covered by our 45-day Growing & Glowing Guarantee. If your plants arrive damaged or fail to thrive, we'll make it right with a free replacement or store credit.
