Understanding Plant Options
Nature Hills offers plants in two main formats:
- Container Plants: Grown in pots with soil, sized by container volume and plant age
- Bare Root Plants: Dormant plants without soil, sized by height measurements

How to Use Japanese Andromeda Brouwers Beauty In The Landscape
Sometimes called Lily-of-the-Valley shrub due to the flower similarity and fragrance, Brouwers Beauty has a slower growth and a refined habit. Slower growing means less work, less pruning, without lots of attention, keeping its shape with ease!
An excellent choice for the urban landscape and today's smaller lots. Perfect for a low hedge or privacy screen around seating areas and fire pit.
Evergreen shrubs are welcome additions to mixed-shrub borders, as amazing, vibrant backdrops to other smaller shrubs and perennials!
Brouwers Beauty creates superb foundation plantings for year-round curb appeal! Anchor your garden beds with steady evergreen, plus colors and blooms for a lovely focal point and accent.
#ProPlantTips For Care
For best results, Brouwers Beauty thrives in moderately fertile, organically rich, humusy, and slightly acidic soil. Best in well-drained soil and do not like standing water.
Once established, Andromeda is highly drought tolerant and are great Xeriscaping and fire-wise plantings.
Doing best in full sun in cooler zones and partial shade where the southern summer sun is intense. Give it a little TLC and protection in winter until established. Japanese Andromeda benefits greatly from mulch around the base of the root system to insulate the roots and hold in more moisture.
The faded flowers can be pruned off at the base of the truss if desired. Because of the slower-growing nature, it is rare you'll need to prune except to control size. If that is the case, prune right after flowering so you won't miss the fragrant spring show!
Call to order your own gorgeous flowering evergreen for a show-stopping accent and year-round color that survives tough conditions! You can't go wrong with Japanese Andromeda Brouwers Beauty from NatureHills.com today!
