#ProPlantTips for Care:

Although All That Glitters® is very adaptable, they do need to be planted in well-drained soils. It performs best in full sun, but handles semi-shade like a champ, as long as it receives 4 hours of direct sunlight a day. Carefully water your new shrub to get it established in your yard during its first season. Ongoing, give your shrubs a medium amount of water on a regular basis.

Don't shear them, or you'll lose the flowers and fruit for next year. Instead, prune any crossing, diseased or dead branches back as needed after the flowers are passed. Wait to Prune after flowering, as the shrub blooms on old wood. You can also skip tip pruning and renewal prune only if you wish to have fruit for birds. Renewal pruning removes the largest, thickest stems from the ground every few years. This will rejuvenate your shrub. Leave the young stems in place, which will flower nicely for you next spring.
