The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
Shipping
To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Growing Zones 5-10
Bubblegum pink, juicy orange, and creamy white blooms! The sweet and petite Kudos™ Ambrosia Hyssop plant (Agastache x 'Kudos Ambrosia') is a fantastic little flowering herbaceous perennial that fits into any sized garden and fills it with licorice-scented gray-green foliage and bountiful rosy, peachy, orangy and creamy white mixed blooms!
The colors seem to change as they form buds, open and age, giving you a delightfully varied look all growing season! These extended-blooming spikes are full of tubular-shaped flowers, and they just keep reblooming from summer through fall, much to the delight of every honeybee, butterfly, and hummingbird in your neighborhood! You'll be the envy of the block and the pollinator hot spot! It’s easy to see why this plant is also called Hummingbird Mint!
Kudos™ Ambrosia Hyssop is cold and heat-tolerant throughout USDA growing zones 5 through 10 and are generally deer and rabbit-resistant, xeric locations, and drought-tolerant! Growing knee-high to 18-22 inches tall by 16-18 inches wide, these are wonderfully space-saving perennial plants!
Planting and Application:
Ambrosia Hyssop grows to a low, compact, and full perennial mound - perfect to use as colorful edging, facer plants, and bright color en masse anywhere in the sun! That same mounded groundcover style growth makes Ambrosia perfect in planters and containers as a spiller and filler - plus that gorgeous triple pop of color!
If you have a sunny perennial border, you'll want to use these in the mid-ground for a big boost of color. Partner these wand-like flowers with other perennials as a front-of-the-garden-border plant that looks great throughout the season. Install your own Cut Flower border, Sensory garden, or Cottage Garden, or add color to a Rock Garden in the front yard.
Add to planters on your porch and around the pool for juicy colors to sunbathe by, or in pots around a balcony. Any front porch gains character with a few of these included with other favorite mixed-planter perennials and annuals!
Use Ambrosia Hyssop to add pops of late-season color to your late-season herb, perennial, and pollinator gardens, still blooming long after many other plants are finished. It not only looks terrific, but it's also a mainstay for beneficial pollinators and our precious native bee populations. No Butterfly Garden would be complete without Anise Hyssop! Send migrating Monarchs on their way south with a good nectar resource.

#ProPlantTips for Care:
This hybrid Agastache is a low-maintenance clumping perennial best planted in a sunny location, doing best in full sun in well-drained soils. The drying power of the morning sun keeps the scented foliage healthy and mildew-free!
Tolerant of drier soil once established, Hyssop can be highly drought-tolerant, but you'll get the best performance with a regular schedule of supplemental water. Although this plant does well in thin, poor soil, we do recommend you protect your investment and encourage healthy roots by using Nature Hills Root Booster at planting time to help your plant uptake nutrients in the soil more efficiently.
Deadhead to encourage rebloom and keep the plant neat and tidy. Prune back the stems in late fall, mulch the crown well, and water in well for the winter.
- Loves Full Sun
- Best in Very Well-Drained Soil
- Xeric - Thrives in Dry Soil Once Established
- Fast-Growing!
- Widely Adaptable
- Rarely Damaged by Deer
