## Policies

- Every plant we ship is protected.
- If something goes wrong, you choose: a free replacement, full store credit, or a complete refund.
- The free Growing & Glowing Guarantee covers every eligible plant for 45 days from delivery.
- You have 7 days from when you notice the issue.
- For shipping damage, inspect your plants within a few days of delivery and contact us right away.
- Orders delivered after October 15th are automatically covered through May 1st, so late-season plants get a fair chance.
- Growing & Glowing Guarantee Plus extends that to a full year and is available as an add-on at checkout.
- Plus covers plants that were properly planted and cared for but still failed.
- Annual plants, flower bulbs, grass plugs, hard goods, gift cards, warranty purchases, and shipping fees are not covered under the Growing & Glowing Guarantee.
- Due to agricultural restrictions and the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or package refusals for any plants, trees, or shrubs.
- Non-living items like fertilizers, tools, and staking kits may be returned in original, unopened packaging within 30 days for a full refund minus return shipping costs.
- Contact customer service before returning, and you'll be responsible for return shipping.
- You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before fulfillment begins by contacting support@naturehills.com.
- Fulfillment usually begins within 24 hours of placing your order, and sometimes sooner, so contact us as soon as possible.
- If your order has already entered fulfillment, we're unable to cancel it regardless of timing.

## Shipping

- Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, but may be sooner, with tracking provided.
- Live plants are professionally packaged and weather-protected during transit.
- Under $50: $9.99
- $50-$99.99: $14.99
- $100-$149.99: $16.99
- $150+: $24.99
- We may delay shipments when temperatures are forecasted below 32°F or above 95°F to protect your plants.
- You'll be notified of any delays.
- Live plants cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
- Some plants cannot ship to certain states due to agricultural regulations.
- Restricted items are noted during checkout.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be extended due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
