The Red Crape Myrtle is zoned to 10, so that tree will not be a problem for you. The Aristocrat Flowering Pear is zoned to 9 but in some cases depending up the location there may be micro climates that are actually Zone 10 even though maps say Zone 9. Hope I was able to help a bit.
