Create your own colorful fall bouquet with the wonderful selection of plants that are still "alive" in your yard. Combining the rich colors of autumn with a bit of brightness offered by summer's shades, you can create a glorious bouquet for fall decorating.
I used deep purple sweet potato vines, Autumn Joy sedum, and a few of my carefree nasturtiums left from the summer. Nasturtium's decorative foliage, with its round deep green leaves and brilliant blossoms, added color and a different dimension. Autumn Joy sedum offered a rich burgundy fall color with its small, star shaped flower heads.
