I have a plant that is in the family with the yellow bell bush and I have no idea what the name is or how to care for this.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on this plant or even knows what it might be. It has small red blooms and

the guy I bought it from said it was in the yellow bell family?? Anyone know what this may be?
