My name is John and I am from Booneville Mississippi and I am interested in growing Cannas and Calas as well as any bright flower for the garden. Does anyone know how often to water a recently planted calla bulb and Lucifer Canna bulb. They look like georgous flowers and does anyone have other reccomendations as to bright reds and purple flowers that would be easy to grow and survive my trying to grow them.
