Nature Hills Gardening Neighborhood

The cherry tree is approximately 15 years old.  It has been doing well all these many years up until 2 years ago when it stopped blooming in the spring.  Can anyone help me with this problem?  Thank you.

By chance have you had late spring frosts in your area. That could be a possibility. Has the Weeping Cherry been dwarfed by a larger tree in the area where is doesn't receive as much sun? Just a couple questions to try and zero in on your problem.
