We have created this community as a place where people with similar passions can share and interact. In order to maintain a healthy community, we ask that you follow these rules:
General Rules:
- We encourage debating and discussion, however we will not tolerate rudeness, insults, personal attacks or inflammatory posts or comments.
- To maintain a quality community, please refrain from posting meaningless comments and posts.
- Duplicate and/or repeating posts in order to increase your post count is not allowed.
- We do not allow advertising, spamming or trolling on the forums, comments, or community messaging system.
- We do not allow posts, comments or images that are sexual/adult in nature, related to illegal activities of any kind or that violate intellectual property or infringe on others copyrights or trademarks.
- Each member is allowed one login account (multiple accounts are not allowed).
- We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
- We reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure this community is not disrupted or abused in any way.
- We do not allow the posting of affiliate links, advertisements or notices for contests.
- We reserve the right to ban any member who wilfully violates the community rules.
Advertising Services and Solicitation
This community has been created by Nature Hills Nursery, Inc. for its customers and website visitors. Nature Hills Nursery, Inc. may discuss products that we offer, however, we do not allow other members to advertise services or solicit other community members with other products and services. The discussion of various plants and gardening products is indeed allowed, however specific advertising of companies offering those plants and products is prohibited.
Links in Signatures
Links in signatures must follow these guidelines:
- You may not include a link in your signature that is a competitor of Nature Hills Nursery, Inc. or that competes with a product or service offered by Nature Hills Nursery, Inc.
- You may not link to any site that is sexual/adult in nature or related to illegal activities of any kind
- We reserve the right to ban any member for signatures that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these terms.
Avatars
Avatars may not contain any content that is sexual/adult in nature or related to illegal activities of any kind.
Signature Size Limits
All signatures should not exceed 3 lines of text or an image that exceeds 300x125 pixels in size.
Photos
We do not allow photos to be posted that are a violation of copyright or intellectual property. If you do share an image, please make sure you have the rights to use the image. We reserve the right to ban any community member that posts an image that they do not own the rights to the image. We also reserve the right to remove any image posted for violation of these terms.
